She currently manages the 11 journals in the Rapid+ side of the Adis portfolio, overseeing the editorial processes and journal team, working closely with the business development team and with industry contacts, attending and speaking at publishing conferences, and working on strategy and innovations across the journal portfolio.

A strong advocate for reducing health inequalities, Lydia promotes equitable reporting of sex, gender, race, and ethnicity in research. She also champions innovation in scholarly communication, contributing to the development of novel article types and sharing insights at publishing conferences and beyond.
